“Philippine internet review
session”
In an interview I’ve read from Philippine Internet Review:
Interviewer: Will
the internet change the struggles of love, relationship, and interpersonal
dynamics?
Interviewee: It has certainly change mine and not exactly for the
better. My wife is continuously frustrated to find me online instead of being
on my desk working. Being online is very addicting…. And I think if this tool
is not used well (and evidence suggest it has not been used well a lot), it
does not bode well for the future. It could build walls between people,
although it could also bring people together. Lately I noticed people would
tend to just email instead of call or meet personally. On the other hand, it
can also help maintain the communication between the two people who would not
have otherwise communicated because of distance
I’m sharing these thoughts
because I’m actually away from my parents. They’re both old and wish I/me to be
as if reachable for them.
I remember celebrating special occasions
distant from my family. I currently live in Makati while my parents were in Pangasinan.
Obviously I celebrated Fathers day away from Tatay –what I usually call him,
but thru the advancement in technology, I was able to reach out using the
internet. The only sad thing is that 3mbps was not enough for me to visually
greet like as if I’m there for them. Good thing there will be “PLDT myDSL’s
Internet to Sawa”. I’m sure this will transform my Internet experience from
being unreachable to reachable as its 5mbps will surely be enough for video chatting
and communicating to my family like I’m just in their reach.
To also transform your internet experience
like mine all you need to do is visit www.myworldmydsl.com for more information or call 171 to confirm your subscription.
Just like myDSL’s Internet to sawa, Nuffnang also transform me from being
a blogger to a Nuffnanger upon subscribing. It allows me to see products at its
best that deserves advertising for human consumption. Truly, these two are
great partners in TRANSFORMING lives.:)
